A Russian manicure is a dry e-file manicure focused on detailed cuticle preparation, clean shaping, and gel placed close to the cuticle line.
Dry E-File Prep
We work dry, without soaking, so the nail plate and cuticle area can be prepared with more control before shaping and gel application.
Shape & Structure
Your nail shape is chosen around your natural length, nail plate, and desired result. If additional support or correction is needed, we may recommend builder gel, hard gel modeling, or sculpted extensions.
Close-to-Cuticle Gel Finish
When you book gel, your nail tech places the color close to the cuticle line so the finish looks clean now and grows out softer.

What’s the difference between a Russian and a regular manicure?
A regular manicure starts by softening the cuticle area and using manual tools. A Russian nails stay dry. Your nail tech uses an e-file to clean the cuticle area, prep the nail plate, and place gel close for a cleaner grow-out.
What is a dry e-file pedicure?
A dry e-file pedicure is waterless. Your technician skips the soak, cleans the cuticle area, refines dry skin, shapes the nails, and finishes with gel or a natural look. Dry prep keeps the nail and heel texture visible while the work is done. Learn more about our dry e-file pedicure.
Can I bring regular polish or add nail designs?
Yes. You may bring your own regular nail polish, and we can apply it with your manicure or pedicure as a simple polish finish. However, regular polish is not covered by our wear guarantee.
